    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Deed of Donation was made and executed by GRADE 6 JUAN LUNA PTA-
    SY.2023-2024 with address at Bantog San Miguel Bulacan hereinafter called the DONOR

    P.De Guzman, with office address at Bantog Elementary School, Bantog, San Miguel,
