This course is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of international business including the
techniques and strategies for entering and doing business in the international marketplace, the impact and dynamics of
socio-cultural, demographic, economic, and political-legal factors in the foreign trade environment. Topics mainly include:
Description (1) Explain how and why the world's countries differ in terms of the economics and politics, culture of international trade

Mô tả and investment. (2) Explain the implications of regional economic integration. (3) Identify the key factors impact future
exchange rate movements and manage currency risks (4) Examine the strategies and structures of international
businesses (5) Assess the special roles of an international business's various functions including global production,
outsourcing, and logistics, marketing, R&D, and HR.
- Attend more than 80% of contact hours in order to be accepted to the final examination
- Actively participate in class activities
- Fulfill tasks given by instructor after class
