JPK Address Spreadsheet
So glad to have you on board as a Jo's Paper Kitchen Client. This spreadsheet is the best way to collect your addresses for printing.
First step before anything else. Make a copy of this by going to the file menu > select "Make a Copy". Title your new spreadsheet with your last names. ex. Kenney | McDermott Addresses
You can delete rows 2-30 to have a clean form. You can always refer back to this link for reference as it won't ever change.
Each row is a new envelope. Do not add spaces or headers between your households.
The examples below illustrate how you can input your households. Simply put, if you can read the address left to right across the spreadsheet and it makes sense then that is a good indicator that you are
on the right track. Be consistent with your punctuation and capitalization. Mr. and Mrs. as opposed to mr & Mrs. You should spell out all cities and states fully. Street, Avenue and Boulevard, etc. If an address
has an FM, SH or another commonly abbreviated name then use the postal reccomendations. Apartment will sometimes be abbreviated for space. You can include those at the end of the street address, with a comma.
International Addresses should be emailed directly to [email protected]. Please double check the format they should appear in and type them as they should appear into a doc or email.
If you have a question about household's format, you can highlight that and ask me to look at it when you share your spreadsheet.
If you are not having numbered seats on your response card or reply section, then you an leave that column blank.
If you have a rehearsal or brunch enclosure that some guests receive, then check the box for the households that will receive that piece.
Once you have finished your list, use the share button in the upper right hand corner to send the form back to me at [email protected]
I will see any updates that you make in real time. Once the design for your suite has been completed I will download the information for printing.
If you are doing Save the Dates and Invitations, you can update the list in between those mailings to keep things current.
