propuestas para este segundo encuentro. Al igual que con la primera clase, enviaré las

RESPUESTAS DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE LA CLASE 1:
1) Leer “My daily routine by Sue” y con esa información decir si las oraciones son verdaderas o falsas. Escribir
la respuesta correcta de aquellas oraciones que sean falsas.
Read about Sue´s daily routine and say if the statements are true or false. Correct the false statements.
2) Elaborar preguntas con información extraída del texto que leyeron. La palabra o expresión que está en
NEGRITA es la respuesta a la pregunta que ustedes deberán formular.
Make questions with the information from the text. The word in BOLD is the answer to the questions.
3) Observar las siguientes imágenes de “Rutinas Diarias / Daily routines” y escribir un párrafo (5 renglones)
sobre tu rutina diaria usando adverbios de frecuencia, expresiones de tiempo y la hora.
Look at the following pictures of “Daily routines” and write a short paragraph (5 lines) about your daily
routine using adverbs of frequency, time expressions and the time.

Carnival in Rio
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil __ IS ____ (be) famous for its carnival. The people there

This is Leo Chang. He is sixteen years old. He lives in Argentina with his parents and his sister Lily,
but he is not Argentine, he is Chinese. Every morning he gets up at six, has breakfast and takes the
bus to school.
He usually has lunch with his friends at one pm and then, they go to class again. He goes back
home at about five in the afternoon and he does his homework. He likes Maths and he hates
Language. Spanish is very difficult for him. His favorite subject is Music. He plays rock with his
band on Tuesday evening. Then, he has dinner and goes to bed.
Today is Saturday and it´s Leo´s birthday. He isn´t studying at this moment; he is getting ready to
play with his band in a rock concert at school. That is his best birthday present. Leo is really happy!

En este ejercicio van a completar el diálogo poniendo los verbos que están entre paréntesis ya sea en Present
Continuous o Simple Present de acuerdo a su contexto y teniendo en cuenta las palabras que nos indican si la
acción se está realizando en este momento, por un corto período de tiempo o en un futuro cercano; o si indican
que las acciones son rutinarias.
8) Peter Atherton is enquiring about holidays in the USA at a travel agents. Complete the dialogue with the verbs in
brackets.

Finalmente vamos a tener en cuenta las pistas para escribir oraciones sobre qué hacen normalmente
(SIMPLE PRESENT) y qué están haciendo en este momento (PRESENT CONTINUOUS) los miembros del staff
del Bouvier Hotel.
11) Use the prompts to make sentences about what other staff at the Bouvier Hotel do and what they are doing
at the moment.
