- Be sure to download zoom app in your laptop/cellphone - Arrive 20 min early
- Find a quiet place with good Wi-Fi - Let your coordinator know you are in the building
- Connect 10 min before time to make sure camera and audio works properly - Register yourself in the lobby
Interview questions
Your interview will mostly have the following structure:
1. Interviewer self-introduction
2. Candidate introduction (introduce yourself through a brief summary of your professional career)
3. Competency-based questions (STAR method detailed below)
4. In some interviews, case questions will be asked so we can understand how you can solve a real-life
business issue and how you structure your answers, feel free to ask any information you might think you
need in order to answer
5. Q&A: (time for you to ask some questions)
STAR method - the best way to answer the Interviewer questions is following this method:
Situation: Describe the situation and context
Task: Describe the tasks you needed to take
Action: Actions taken to overcome the problem. What role did you play in the situation?
Result: How was the problem resolved? If it didn’t end well, what did you learn?
