Project 1: Data Center Management Apr’18 till date
Client: Wells Fargo
Role: Change Management
Description: Changes are maintained and controlled through BMC Remedy – a tool utilized for tracking and
documenting all the activities (initialization, approval, update, and close) related to the proposed change.
Team Size: 8
Responsibilities:
 Entered the business needs, goals, and objectives of the change and ensured they are accurate.
 The role provided all the details regarding the change, including the business justification, implementation
plan, CI details, and remediation plan that are to be included in the request.
 Enabled/ disabled the ports on the devices as per the commissioning/ decommissioning process.
 Created CR for Port Turn Up, Port Turn Down, Description, Trunking, SLEP Move, Speed Change, Port-
channel, Virtual Port-channel, and VLAN change for the devices.
 Created the script and pushed through HPNA tool for static/dynamic routing, VLAN configuration, and
Trunking the multiple VLANs towards VM-Farms for VLAN build process.
 Changed and updated in actual design and sent to the peer team members to review and approve the
proposed design for the new VLAN build process.
 Worked on service management tools such as BMC Remedy.
 VLAN trunked between the upstream devices and downstream devices with the help of discovery artefacts.
 Created the Network Engineering Implementation Plan (NEIP) for the raised change request.

approval handled by our team.
 Worked on the PO and VPc request between the devices over the trunk ports.
 Added work order for x86 Virtual Support group to CR for VM Farm validation of trunked VLANs.
 Worked on the SLEP Move request with different teams for changing the connection of server from the old
switch to new switch or new ports.

Description: Worked as a dedicated resource for ESIC Networking team for maintaining and managing their major
networking devices through remotely.

 Involved in managing and troubleshooting network system (Cisco Router and Switches and other network
infrastructure) across the head office and site office.
 Proactively monitored client network through Solar-Winds monitoring tool.
