DIVISION DRRM BASKETBALL SPORTSFEST 2022

1. The SGOD DRRM Office of this Division in partnership with Division Association of
Sports Enthusiasts of CamSur (DASECS) shall conduct a Basketball Sportsfest on April 25,
2022 to June 26, 2022 at the venue found in Enclosure No. 1 and 2.

2. The objective of this Sportsfest are as follows:

a) To enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of DRRM
Coordinators.
b) To foster camaraderie among DRRM Coordinators as frontliners.
c) To instill among DRRM Coordinators the importance of physical fitness as
shield in their daily life against ailment.

3. Participants tsq this activity are District,School DRRM Coordinators, School Heads,
SDO Medical and SDO Personnel.

4. Traveling expenses of participants relative to the conduct of this activity shall be

charged to their respective Local/MOOE subject to the availability and the usual accounting
and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Considering that this activity falls onSaturdays and Sundays orHolidays,

participants shall be granted service credits and COCS per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 and
CSC-DBM Joint Circular No. 02 s. 2004 for Teachers and Non-teaching personnel
respectively.

SD O C AM SUR: D R R M B ASK ETBALL SPO R TSFE ST GUIDELINES
1. The District Basketball Team is composed of six (6) players coming from the
Elementary Schools and other six (6) players will be coming from the
Secondaiy Schools.
2. The District Team may be solely represented by a group of elementaiy or
secondary players if anyone of the concerned party is not interested to join
the sportsfest, however a letter o f this disinterested must be signed by the
principal and be forwarded to the Technical Committee for reference and
record purposes.
3. Should there be lacking of players among DRRM Coordinators, other
teachers may be selected from the faculty to represent his school or a non­
teaching personnel as a replacement to fill up the deficiency of players o f a
team.
4. All team players must have at least 2 minutes playing time in every game
and violation of this rule automatically invalidates the winning chance of the
team. A PLAYER WHO IS CONSIDERED BY HIS COACH AS LESS
PERFORMER MUST BE GIVEN TIME TO PLAY IN THE 1st OR 2 nd QUARTER
OF THE OFFICIAL GAME HENCE NO PLAYER WILL BE “BENCH OFF”.
5. All players must be a bona fide SDO CAMSUR teachers or non-teaching
personnel.
6. All players are not allowed to play in other team except to his original
registered team.
7. All qualified players can join the team regardless of his age.
8. No uniform, No play.
9. A team who will arrived in the venue 20 minutes late shall be declared as
forfeited and in favour of the opponent.
10.Each player is duly bound to observe courtesy and discipline inside the
venue especially in the hard court.
1l.The Head coach and Assistant coach must be a bona fide SDO Teacher or
employee and the Team Muse as well.
12.All players, Head coach, Assistant coaches and Muse shall submit photocopy
of their appointment as proof of employment in SDO CAMSUR.
13. There will be an elimination round in the Congressional Level.
14.To represent in the Division Level Finals, Top 2 teams shall be selected per
Congressional Level.
15.There will be 10 teams shall be selected for cross over games.
16.Top 4 teams shall qualify to the finals.
17. Division Level Finalists shall be awarded the following with corresponding
cash prizes:
A. Champion - 5,000.00
l 51 Runner Up - 4,000.00
2nd Runner Up - 3,000.00

19. An orientation conference of DRRM Contest Pageant will be conducted at

Ocampo NHS, April 21, 2022 (1:00pm). All District Basketball Team Muses
must attend the orientation.
20. All players must have an official designation as DRRM District or School
Coordinator and must represent their individual school within the
Municipality, however due to their limited in their number and some are not
playing basketball, the head Coach shall recruit or pick up other teachers
qualified to join the team.

21. There are 2 guest teams coming from SDO CAMSUR joining the
competition:
A. SDO Medical Team
B. SDO DRRM Team

1st Congressional District - RNAFS/ Sipocot NHS
2nd Congressional District - Pamukid NHS/ San Juan NHS
3rd Congressional District - Ocampo NHS/ Calabanga NHS
4 ,h Congressional District - Goa NHS/ San Ramon NHS
5th Congressional District - Nabua NHS/ Bato NHS

23. There will be an exhibition game during the Grand Opening which will be played
between DepEd Region V Team versus SDO DRRM Selection Team on April 25, 2022
at Ocampo NHS, 10 o ’clock in the morning.

24. Right after the Grand Opening Ceremony, all players shall attend Sports Clinic to
be conducted by the Technical Committee

25. A team may add 2 alternate players however only the 12 players are allowed to play
during the official game. If anyone among the 12-member players is no longer
qualified to play due to penalties incurred or any violation thereof the alternate
player is now allowed to play as a replacement.

26. Deadline o f submission o f Entry Form shall be on April 20, 2022 at SDO DRRM
Office, c/o Mr. Danilo A. Terrobias (CP# 0905-412-2893).

27.There will be an organizational meeting o f all Officiating Officials/ designated

Referees on April 20, 2022 at Milaor Central School (8am - 5pm).
28. There will be a parade of all participants in the Division DRRM Basketball
Sportsfest on April 25, 2022- 7:30 in the morning at Ocampo NHS ground.
Participants are advised to be present in the venue on time.
