Floor plan of Bank

STEPS OF FLOOR PLAN

1. Draw the Space: Use AutoCAD tools to draw the overall layout of the
bank, including rooms for tellers, customer service, offices, waiting
areas, and more.

2. Dimensions: Ensure accurate dimensions for rooms, walls, and

distances between objects.

3. Furniture and Fixtures: Add symbols or drawings for furniture like

desks, chairs, and fixtures such as ATMs, counters, and security
equipment.

4. Doors and Windows: Include doors and windows, specifying their

sizes and locations.

5. Walls and Partitions: Distinguish between different types of walls or

partitions (e.g., interior, exterior, glass partitions).

6. Labels and Annotations: Label rooms, provide room numbers, and

add any necessary annotations.

7. Layer Management: Organize your drawing using layers to separate

different elements and make editing easier.

8. Scale: Choose an appropriate drawing scale for your project.

A bank’s floor plan should be based on the intended flow of
customers and employees, which is influenced by technology
choices. Floor plans help visualize how people will move through
a space. They can also help check if the space is suitable for its
intended purpose.
A bank office building architecture layout plan may include:
Front desk, Manager cabin, Entry and exit gate, Waiting area,
Seating area, Reception area, Inquiry desk, Corporate offices,
Head offices, Employee desk, Dining area, Conference hall,
Meeting room, Sanitary facilities.
A dimensioned floor plan can be an appealing sales document
for a bank. Revision by specialists, such as for color design or
drawn-in furnishings, can be valuable.
