A. Product

We will offer a variety of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies to satisfy our customers' cravings.
We will ensure that the products we will be making can make our customers feel content and
pleased. In the meantime, we are going to produce one type of each of the categories. One type
of cake, one type of cupcake, and one type of cookie.

For cakes, we will offer "Choco Delight" cake, a heavenly chocolate cake that will satisfy
sweet cravings like never before. This moist and velvety creation is made with the finest cocoa,
ensuring an irresistibly rich and indulgent taste. Each slice is layered with smooth chocolate
ganache, perfectly balanced for a delightful sweetness. Topped with cocoa powder and chocolate
curls.

Under cupcakes, we will serve the finest "Coca Bliss." These delectable cupcakes are a
chocolate lover's dream, crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. It captivates taste buds
with its moist, fluffy texture and indulgent aroma, enticing all who encounter it. Each bite
becomes an exquisite symphony of deep, dark chocolate, flawlessly balanced with a hint of
sweetness. Topped with a luscious swirl of chocolate buttercream frosting adorned with delicate

Lastly, we will offer the "Heavenly Crunch" cookie. This delightful treat combines a soft

B. Price

Our product pricing will be based on their respective categories and the value they offer
to our consumers. For instance, our cake will be priced between 199-299 PHP, our cupcakes will
be sold in a box of ten pieces priced from 149-249 PHP, while our cookies will be sold in a box
of 20 pieces ranging from 79-149 PHP. We will take into account other related costs, such as
packaging, operational, and administration costs, before setting the final price. Our ultimate goal
is to ensure that our prices align with the value our products offer to our customers.

C. Place

Our business will be conveniently located at [insert location] to ensure easy access for
our customers. We will have a variety of products on display in our store, with a set quantity for
each item. Additionally, we will have a Facebook page where customers can browse and place
orders via chat.

In addition to our brick-and-mortar store and Facebook page, we will also have a website
where customers can browse and purchase our products online. Our website will feature detailed
product descriptions and high-quality photos to ensure that our customers have a clear
understanding of what they are purchasing. We will also offer a variety of shipping options to
accommodate different customer needs. Furthermore, we will have a customer service team

D. People

Our business will have two groups: one for the kitchen, responsible for producing our
products, and one for the front desk, catering to our customers' needs. This division will ensure a
smooth and orderly operation. We, the owners, will oversee the business. Additionally, we have
designated an individual to maintain cleanliness and good health in our establishment.

To further ensure the success of our business, we will ensure that our products are of the
highest quality and meet our customers' expectations. Additionally, we have trained our front
desk team to provide excellent customer service and handle any concerns or issues that may

E. Promotion

we'll create a Facebook Page for our business where we can showcase our products. As an initial
promotional strategy, we'll offer special deals to our first 100 Facebook followers. Additionally,
we'll design posters to display in high-traffic areas, such as Annex and Commercial Center
(ComCent).

In addition to creating a Facebook Page and designing posters, we could also consider
reaching out to local influencers and bloggers to feature our products on their platforms. Another
idea is to host a launch event at a popular venue in the city, inviting potential customers and
media outlets to come and learn more about our brand. We could also offer exclusive discounts
to attendees to encourage them to make a purchase. By using a mix of online and in-person
promotional channels, we can maximize our reach and attract a diverse range of customers.

F. Packaging

Our products will have distinct packaging based on their categories, all of which will be
made from eco-friendly cardboard to show our commitment to the environment. Each packaging
box will have our logo and contact information printed on it. Additionally, our packaging will
include a paper bag with our logo.

G. Positioning

Only a few businesses in MSU Marawi offer cakes and other related products. During the
first phase of our operation, we will provide promos to attract more customers during our launch.
We will ensure to provide the best and highest quality of our products for our customers to gain
more customers through word-of-mouth.
To further improve the customer experience, we will also be expanding our menu options
in the near future. Our team is constantly researching and testing new recipes to ensure that we
provide a wide variety of delicious and high-quality products. Our ultimate goal is to become the
go-to destination for cakes and related products in the MSU Marawi area.

H. Process

Once a customer places an order, our process begins. If the order is made in-store, they
can choose from the displayed products. For online orders, customers can pick up their order in
our store.

Our process includes production, sales, and customer feedback. We prioritize having the
necessary ingredients during production to serve our customers at any time. We prepare products
at all times to ensure timely delivery of orders, and we display our products in the right quantities
before selling them to our customers. Lastly, we request feedback from our customers after they
have received their order to help us improve for the future.
