    IN RE: FINAL DEMAND TO VACATE THE PROPERTY

    Dear Mr. ______________:

    We write in behalf of our client _____________., in connection with your continuous possession
    of its property identified as _______________________, covered and embraced in TCT No.
    ______________________ containing an area of THIRTY-SIX (36) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

    Accordingly, you have been using the said property despite the objection of our client. Further,
    you have ignored the offer to buy the aforementioned property notwithstanding several
    correspondences served to you regarding the same.

    Our client now demands that you refrain from using the aforementioned parcel of land and to
    remove all the equipment, objects, improvements and/or properties, whether removable or not
    that have been built or made on the said parcel of land, within ten (10) days from receipt hereof.
    Otherwise, we will be constrained to initiate legal action against you to protect the rights and
    interest of __________________.

    Attached herewith are photocopies of the following documents, namely, photocopy of TCT No.
    ____________________, Tax Declaration No. __________________ and copy of the approved lot
    plan for your ready reference.

    We hope that you give this letter your most preferential attention.
