ln reference to the aforesaid subject, this is to inform that CIL has signed a MoU on 1.3.2024with tlM Mumbai
& llM Sambalpur willing to provide One-iear Post Graduate Program jointly through physical and on-line mode to the
selected Executives oi Ctt- in togisfics and Operations Excellence through Digitintion" for which CIL will bear the
entire Program Fees.

A set of internal criteria and guidelines have been firmed up with the approval of Competent Authority as
regard to the selection and nomination of Executives by the Subsidiaries, which is attached herewith as Ann9ryrQ'A.

you are requested to publicize about the learning & development opportunity brought by CIL to the Executives
