ORDER:-

1. In continuationof the Proceedings issued vide reference 6th cited, the

Screening Committee for award of CAS (Phase-II) of NotificationNO.1/2021
constitutedvide reference 7"' cited met on 21-11-2022.
2. Further, as per reference 3“’ read above, the time limitfor completing
necessary mandatoryteachers training programmes was extended UPto 31“
July, 2024 and those who do not meet the essential criteria despite the abov9
grace period shall loose an opportunityfor getting promotion through CAi
retrospectively.However they will be eligible for promotion/ upgradation bY CAS
from the date they meet these criteria thereafter.
3. The Screening Committee so constituted vide reference 7th cited met on
21.11.2022 and iubmitted its recommendations for award of Career
AdvancementScheme i.e., Lecturer (Senior Scale) (Rs.68,900/-) both in respect
of applic.ants eligible fully / conditionallysubject to fulfillmentof requisite
quali'H'cations/ training programmes as mentioned at Para 1.1 (c) of Appendix-B
c;f the G.O. 1' cited, on or before 31-07-2024 to avail the benefit of upgradation
retrospectivelyfrom the date of eligibility in terms of the AICTE Scales of PaY
2016
