Biography:
Según cuentan los ancianos, la vida antes era mucho más sencilla para vuestro pueblo. No es que no existiesen peligros o
enfermedades como los de hoy en día, pero en el pasado, vuestra gente aún conservaba la dignidad.
Por desgracia, esta os fue arrebatada por los humanos de Nidal, una estirpe de orgullosos señores guerreros que para subsistir,
sacrificaron su libertad ofreciendo obediencia ciega al Señor de la Medianoche.
Naciste en una pequeña aldea oculta en lo más profundo de un bosque situado en la falda de las estribaciones montañosas que
separan Nidal de Varisia.
Ya desde muy joven pudiste observar que los habitantes de tu pueblo vivían constantemente atenazados por un manto invisible de
temor y angustia. Pese a gozar de la sensación de seguridad por encontraros aislados en una zona remota, tu gente sufrió en un
pasado no muy lejano el acoso de los Nidaleses, un pueblo que debía su poder a los pactos realizados con demonios. Al principio,
tu gente plantó cara a sus maléficos vecinos cuando estos exigieron su completa sumisión a la Corte Sombría de Nidal pero en el
año 4312 R.A. (hace 402 años) tuvo lugar un terrible enfrentamiento que cambió vuestra historia para siempre. Desgraciadamente, el
poder militar de Nidal era abrumador además de contar con la ayuda de criaturas de pesadilla. Estas lograron derribar las defensas
mágicas que vuestros mejores magos habían logrado erigir. Muchos de los vuestros fueron ejecutados, sacrificados a sus oscuros
dioses o esclavizados. Solo unos pocos fueron perdonados para que continuarán viviendo acompañados de su dolor y su vergüenza.
A partir de aquél día se estableció un impuesto que tu gente debía pagar de manera puntual al gobierno de Nidal y la magia fue
prohibida puesto que por su culpa, Nidal estuvo a punto de perder el control sobre vosotros.
Naciste en el seno de una familia que contó en su pasado con poderosos magos, muchos de los cuales murieron en aquella guerra.
Pasaste gran parte de tu juventud aprendiendo el poder de las plantas y el noble arte del combate de mano de tu tía. Además, de
manera totalmente ilegal, recibiste el don de la magia de tus padres que en todo momento te hablaron de la importancia de conservar
dichos conocimientos pero evitar su olvido pero siempre de manera furtiva para evitar ser descubiertos. Desde siempre has creído
que tu pueblo debe, o bien plantar cara de nuevo a su enemigo para obtener su libertad o iniciar un viaje en el que poder encontrar un
nuevo hogar, lo más alejado posible del control de Nidal. Por desgracia, esas ideas nunca han logrado obtener suficientes seguidores
entre los tuyos.
Ahora, cuando te aproximas a la mayoría de edad, has decidido marchar hacia el norte para atravesar las montañas y encontrar
un lugar en el que poder vivir lejos de esta tierra maldita. Finalmente te has cansado del conformismo y la cobardía de los tuyos y,
sabiendo que no puedes hacer nada para cambiar esta situación, has tomado la drástica decisión.
