Respected Sir/ Mam,
In order to achieve the existing strategic goals, I have decided to implement the RPA invoicing
system. The system will cost $3500. Besides, it will come up with different benefits such as satisfied
suppliers and customers, improved invoices, less payment issues which prove beneficial for long
run. Please look into the attached change project plan to give us approval for the same.
Thanks,
Change Manager.
6 Consult with relevant personnel to seek their input for a communication or education plan to
communicate the required changes and opportunities (e.g. you may wish to seek input about
personnel’s learning preferences and intrinsic/extrinsic motivation factors or you may wish to seek
the executive management’s preference for how change is communicated).
8.2 managing the delivery of the planned activity (e.g. sending a meeting request to relevant
personnel, seeking confirmation that the activity has been completed etc.)
As per the recent strategic plans, there are three key opportunities in front of the organization.
We need to make a decision for the implementation of RPA system. As a result, I want to
conduct a meeting on 25TH October 2023 at conference room. The meeting will be at 10am.
I hope you will be there.
Thanks and regards,
Change Manager.
Yes.
Yes.
1.3 How have personnel responded to the changes?
I think that personnel are not happy with the RPA system as it involves complex technology to
support the existing process.
I considered poor participation of team members as they are not comfortable with the latest
technology.
I think increase the level of engagement of team members and use motivation factors such as
rewards to motivate staff.
2.3 Attach proof of your response to the barriers to this section of your portfolio (e.g. A photo of
team lunch to thank staff and acknowledge the challenges and anxiety the change created for
them, email to suggest mentoring relationship etc.).
Yes, I think the change management project plan addresses the key business requirements to
meet strategic objectives.
Requires regular communication with staff members to boost their morale and engage them
effectively.
