Last 3 Project in EPC, Esp With Rekasaya Industri: Not available currently. But, the last three
project done under Nusareka are:

1. Installation of HRSG for Combine Cycle 130MW at Tanjung Uncang - Batam


2. Installation of PC Boiler for PLTU 2 x 150MW at Morowali - Sulteng
3. Installation of Chemical Plant (O2, ClO2, NaOH, SO2, and PAC) for Pulp Mill at OKI - Palembang

Project Completion? If no please explain with 5 strong technical/ commercial reason: Not available
currently. Our organization is involving most experienced person for direct and in-direct staff and
labor and having long track record in mechanical works especially in industrial plant and power
generation plant.

Interfacing issue with Rekayasa Industri: Not Available.

RESOURCES

Equipment Resources :

1. Numbers of construction equipment list owned by Subcontractor for JTB Project


S/C: Not available, normally hired based on site/ project requirement. The HE rental provider
is considered depending on the location of the project where we have previously supported by:
PT. Grand Surya - Jakarta, PT. Sarana Baja Perkasa - Medan, PT. Mitra Jaya – Batam, dan CV
Sinar Pelangi - Pekanbaru
The list of tools and working equipment is available in a split sheet

2. Status and condition Construction Equipment (as per JTB requirement mob and demob plan)
S/C: Not available, normally hired based on site/ project requirement.

3. How S/C manage the tools consumable and Construction Equipment for Project, any special
system?
S/C: We have warehousing department and it’s managed by experienced personnel. All tools and
consumable items are ordered based on project requirement and store in the warehouse and each
item has a stock card to control the maximum and minimum quantity. All tools and consumable
are recorded before issued to site and we have a monthly warehouse report monitoring for the
quantity of purchased item, issued, and balance item. Construction equipment for the project
is managed by the construction manager based on the project schedule requirement.

4. Status of Resources Indirect/ Direct Labour (Direct Hire/ Supply Manpower/ Bas Borong)
S/C: Direct Hire
Supported with Certified Welder (Migas) and Certified Scaffolder (Alkon)

5. Any plan for using special method for execution works, please explain
S/C: It is depending on the requirement and type of the project to be executed

6. Any recommendation for fabrication nearby the JTB Project area


S/C: It is depending on the delivery condition of the parts to be installed at site and degree
of fabrication confirmed in the contract. Generally, some parts (not critical parts) could be
site fabricated but the site facilities for fabrication work shall be available sufficiently
enough to ensure the production and quality target can be achieved.

7. S/C to explain execution strategy for Boiler works last project:


By involving good management in execution and control of the boiler works, involving
experienced and skilled people in boiler works, involving people who having a common
understanding to work individuall or as a working team in implementing method, strategy,
responsibility, and so on to achieve the overall work targets.

Reporting and progress:

1. Productivity of Works ?
S/C: Yes, the productivity is measured to ensure the work performance is achieved based on the
target. The achievement of HSE and Quality has also measured. Generally, the performance of
the work disciplines are measured with the target basis, i.e:
1. Installation of Steel structure (main): 45 mhr/ tons
2. Installation of boiler pressure parts: 95 mhr/ tons
3. Installation of ducting: 115 mhr/ tons
4. Installation of proceess piping (HP): 160 mhr/ tons
5. Installation of ESP: 105 mhr/ tons
6. Installation of Rotating Equipment: 55 Mhr/ tons
7. Installation of Statis Equipment: 50 Mhr/ tons
8. Installation of Insulation: 5 mhr/ m2
9. Installation of Refractory: 45 mhr/ tons
10. Installation of STG: 110 mhr/ tons

2. How S/C doing some preparation for executing the works


S/C: By having well preparation in all involved work aspects such as project document,
reference target of the project, loading plan for manpower and HE and other supporting
resources, procurement, implementation and control methods, and other similar and relevant
activities

3. How to achieve expedite & control the progress


S/C: We will prepare 3 week look ahead schedule weekly wise which is based on the master
schedule and using this schedule to monitor the progress achievement, also with this schedule
we can also estimate the resources required for the work.

4. How to maintain good productivity for construction works


S/C: We have to plan and prepare the work before-hand such as drawing to be complete and study
to understand the work sequence, also ensured that all access road for equipment to work area
is in good condition. Hand tools and consumable are sufficient and most important to keep
working spirit and maintain inter-discipline work responsible by doing well coordination and
communication.

5. Do you conduct daily progress meeting? Please explain?


S/C: We do not conduct daily progress meeting unless the schedule is critical. We do monitor
the progress by weekly from our progress plan or the “S Curve” progress plan and from here we
will know the status of the project either is on time or delay and what corrective action to
be taken.

Working hours & Site condition works:

1. Working hours at site


S/C: Daily 10 hours of work and the time from 07.00hrs to 12.00hrs, 13.00hrs to 18.00hrs; and
beyond that depend on the site situation and requirement.

2. How to face interface meeting with others discipline


S/C: Daily tools box meeting and weekly meeting

3. How to control site arrangement (Material arrangement, equipment arrangement)


S/C: We have material control department which consist of skill and experience personnel to
manage the project materials, to receive, do inspection, storage of materials and reporting,
also issued materials to site for installation and all this activities will be documented.
Equipment arrangement meaning heavy equipment for erection work will managed by experienced
rigging personnel.
4. Housekeeping works is mandatory, How to do housekeeping works at site?
S/C: Working area should be kept clean and tidy for safe working environment and this
housekeeping will done daily 30 minutes before leaving site. This housekeeping work will be
done by the respective area supervisor and workers where all the rubbish / scrap materials is
collected and placed at a location and hauling of this rubbish / scrap materials to rubbish /
scrap materials yard will carry out by HSE personnel. In our organisation housekeeping is HSE
department responsibility and HSE to monitor and ensured that the work is done properly
everyday at the end of the daywork before leaving site.
6:30PM every day, all staffs and workers is mandatory for this housekeeping works.
