    maintaining Solar Power Station in Namibia.
    1.2 A Special executive bill/law/order/notice forbidding of tampering
    Electricity Supplying Equipment, which including but not limited to: “Cable Wire”,
    “AC Distribution equipment”, “Transformer”, “Reading Meter”
    1.3 Pre-Approval of Foreign Exchange on Foreign Loan Payment and
    profit repatriation
