    Guidelines:

    Title: (of the proposed enterprise/business idea)

    1. Introduction: General overview of our product, its raw material,


    business idea, market plan etc (what we are going to do)

    1.1 Background information: about the enterprise …… (related to …)

    1.2. The problem of statement: (what problems we found in the current


    system).

    1.3. Justification: (of your intervention or idea or business concept;


    briefly describe how your enterprise is social enterprise or how it will
    benefit the society, environment at all)

    1.4. Objective: (should answer why we are doing this in long run) के
    रिजल्ट खोजेका छौ?

    Specific objectives: specific short term results (2-3 points)

    2. Materials and Methods


    Process of getting the inputs, operation management, market delivery
    of the product.
    Team members and their specific role;
    Fund allocation: share, grant, business collaboration etc
    Business cycle; chain management etc.
    3. Expected output (what are your products; how much quantity you
    produce per month, year1, ….Y5)

    4. Beneficiaries: (who will be direct beneficiaries and indirect


    beneficiaries due to your enterprise) Major output of the project.

    5. Timeline: of your business growth/production (you can prepare


    table, growth diagram or chart). plz see the below fig of timeline

    6. Budget: Total budget you propose:


    Investment (startup, building, machinery, equipment, land etc ..)
    Operation ( running of the enterprise) to produce the above output
    as per given ….
    Expected output volume, revenue
    Gross profit (revenue-cost)
    Benefit cost ratio (revenue during certain period/cost during that
    period)

    7. Limitations: (list out the limitations of your project)


    8. Sustainability and exit plan:
    9. Collaboration: How you collaborate with GOs, NGOs and INGOs
    including Cooperatives, investors and others ?
