Greetings

Thankyou Aviral for that introduction. Hello and Good morning everyone. To begin with let us do
rounds of claps to increase the energy of the room. On my count, 3 2 1 go.. Clap, louder,
louder. Yes! Now it feels like a room full of energy,

Thought for the day
On that note, let us begin our meeting. You know when I woke up today, I had a realization that I
wanted to share with all of you. So after many days of delay it has finally started snowing in
Kashmir, and it brought relief to many - tourists, residents, politicians, global warming experts,
everyone. Seasonal change is an important part of nature. Nature needs everything to thrive.
Sun, rain, Snow, Spring, Autumn. And that's the same with our lives.. If we just wish for the ups
of life, the good parts.. That life will have no growth, it will not thrive. Only when it has downs,
the bad parts.. It is meaningful and worth living.. A life full of growth.
Let us always remember that and try to enjoy both the ups and downs of our lives.
