    DESCRIPTION

    UNICHEM ALUMCOAT i s a premium quality


    metallic pigmented, industrial maintenance
    coating formulated from specially processed
    asphaltic liquids, non-drying oils, a proprietary
    blend of natural and synthetic fibers, and
    aluminum pigment. It is formulated to meet
    the requirements for Aluminum-Pigmented,

    METHOD OF APPLICATION

    The application surface is prepared by high

    PRODUCTS IN ALUMCOAT SYSTEM

    PRIMER:
    For metal structures in extreme rusty
    conditions a primer is needed to ensure that

    HEALTH AND SAFETY

    ALUMCOAT is not classified for acute


    toxicity and it is non-hazardous to health and
    environment. However, when it comes in
    contact with skin, eye, or if it is inhaled in
    high concentration, it causes irritation. So, as
    a precautionary measure, wear personal
    protective equipment during the
    application. In case of stain on skin or
    splashes to eyes, wash the affected area with
    plenty of fresh water immediately.

    Primary routes of Exposure: Eyes, skin,


    inhalation.

    It should be stored in its original container in


    a well-ventilated and shaded area, away
    from direct sunlight. It contains petroleum
    distillates, keep away from open fire and
    sparks. Storage temperature should range
    from 60- 770F (15 – 250C).

    NOTE:

    The product UNICHEM ALUMCOAT in the pail has a tendency


    to sediment when stored for long durations. Therefore, it is
    recommended to stir the pail with a mixing paddle for few
    minutes to remove all sediments.
