    Ms. Paguican,

    This regards with the Business Permit under the name of Royal Energy Inc. with a
    trade name of Royal Energy Transport with Business ID: 20191418011 (2022) located
    at Don Julian Road, Dona Pilar Village, Brgy. Sasa, Davao City.

    We would like to request from your good office a certified true copy of Business Permit,
    since the permit is nowhere to be found and no electronic copy left in our office. In
    addition, we are also updating the line of business of this permit and we are also
    applying for another permit under this company name and trade name with a different
    line of business.

    Attach are the pertinent documents to support this request.
