RE : Guidelines for Punch listing and Workmanship Tolerances

Dear Ma’am JLR,

Attached herewith are the Guidelines for Punch listing and

Workmanship Tolerances

This guideline will be part of the current Fit-out Guidelines issued to

every contractor during pre-bidding stage. The Guidelines for Punch listing and
Workmanship Tolerances will be discussed to the awarded Fit-out Contractor
during Site Kick-off Meeting. This is to orient / inform the Fit-out contractor on
the department expectations on workmanship tolerances including the process of
punch listing and turn over to the end user.

Please see attached for your reference and approval ma’am.

Hi Astrid,
Thank you, This is a good measure that you
came up with.
Just to clarify, this is also applicable
05/20/2021 for typical units?
We can set a meeting with our
TMTS and our various external QC
Ar. Joshua Joel Y. Manahan teams to align everyone.
Interior Site Architect
Thanks,
JLR
