    Profile - Sr. manager / Manager Finance Control - CA experience from NBFC.

    Position Description: Looking for a Chartered Accountant with experience of 7-10 years , who is fully
    conversant with Transactional Structuring, Finalization of Transactions Documents, Accounting (in Tally
    Software), Budgeting, Preparation of Financial Statements, timely adherence to the Statutory
    Compliances i.e. Income Tax, Companies Act, GST, Balance Sheet, RBI etc. also having experience of
    drafting of Income Tax Notices, GST Notices and other regulatory authorities as and when required.
    Responsibilities:  Finalization of Annual Books of Accounts, Balance Sheet and Financial Reporting;

     Preparation of documents and maintaining complete and accurate supporting information for all
    financial transactions;

     Develop, implement Financial controls and oversee define financial procedure and process;

     Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements that are appropriate for All
    stakeholders in accordance with prevailing accounting principles;

     Candidate must be strong in financial reporting and skilled in financial analysis and providing expert
    financial perspective and opinions.

     Preparation and review budgets, cash flow, financial and management accounts

     Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.

     Manage cash flow process including generating cash flow forecast reports.

     Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts
    receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
     Timely Communicate with team and business unit.

    Qualifications & Experience: The successful candidate should be a Chartered Accountant 7-10 years of
    experience preferably from NBFC sector.

    Skills:  A firm grasp on numbers.  Passion for details and ability to explain them  Strong analytical,
    problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendation on
    business issues.  Ability to work in team environment
