    SAINT TULO MACAS

    The Court RESOLVES to:

    a) NOTE the Compliance filed by the Office of the Solicitor General on


    05 January 2024 pursuant to A.M. No. CA-13-51-J dated 02 July
    2013 informing the Court that per Certification issued by the
    Docket Management Service of the Office of the Solicitor General,
    there is no other case or proceeding pending with this Court or
    other courts involving the same parties and issues.
    b) In view of the CMIS entry dated 20 February 2024 showing that no
    appellant's brief has been filed as of said date despite his receipt of
    the Court's Notice to File Brief on 12 December 2024, DEEM the
    instant appeal ABANDONED and consequently ORDERED
    DISMISSED pursuant to Section 1 (e), Rule 50 of the Revised Rules
    of Court.
