    LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

    I, Celestina Jonas, a resident of Georgetown, Guyana by the mind of my body, hereby make and
    declare this my last will and testament.
    I, Celestina Jonas, was born on the 21st January, 1980 and currently resides at Lot 21 Third
    Street, Bel Air, East Coast Demerara, Guyana. I am married to Adrien Harriet (born of the 3 rd
    February, 1978) with which I had two children (Scarlett Ellie Jonas Harriet and Aaron Louis
    Jonas Harriet both born on the 28th November, 2003) with.
    I select Arvin Lawrie who currently resides at 28 Block 12, Non Pariel, East Coast Demerara,
    Guyana, as the executor of my will. If my selected executor is unable to act, I select Kerelle
    Murphy residing at Lot 252 Quamina Street, South Cummingsburg, Georgetown, Guyana to fill
    in.
    I bequest my two property estates located in Guyana at Lot 21 Third Street, Bel Air, East Coast
    Demerara to my Husband, Adrien Harriet and Providence-Eccles Access Road, Winsor Estates,
    East Bank Demerara to be shared between my children, Scarlett Harriet and Louis Harriet.
    I leave my 2023 Land Rover Range Sport SE Dynamic to my Mother, Teresa Gonsalves, the
    2020 Lamborghini Urus to my Father, Alfred Jonas and the 2022 Audi Q8 and 2021 Mercedes-
    Benz G-Class to my husband, Adrien Harriet. I also leave my 2023 BMW X2 to my daughter,
    Scarlett Harriet and my 2023 BMW X5 M to my son, Aaron Harriet.
    I leave 50% of my shares in the Fantasy Café restaurant to my daughter, Scarlett Harriet and the
    other 50% to my son, Aaron Harriet. I also leave my watch and jewellery collection to my
    brother, Ricardo Jonas.
    I finally request that one hundred and twenty million dollars of my money be equally divided
    among my husband and my two children and the remaining fifty million dollars be given to
    various charities of my husband’s choosing.
    ENDORSEMENT
    I, Celestina Jonas, hereby endorse and approve my last Will and Testament on this date of
    20 . I agree to the contents of this will and acknowledge that the contents
    in this will is of precise representation of my final wishes. I sign this Will and make this approval
    freely and openly with the complete understanding of the contents and effects of it.

    We, the witnesses, observed the signing of the will by the testator, declaring it as their last will
    and testament. At the moment of signing, the testator was observed to be in a sound and free state
    of mind inappropriate influence.

    We have signed this will as witnesses in the company of the testator and each other.
