like a company, president is manager. The president manages the country. He / She has some
programs to develops the country. A vice president and some ministers help the president. We call
the president, vice president, and ministers as the central government.
A province is the lower government. A Governor leads a province. The lower government after
province is municipality. A mayor leads a municipality. The lower governments after the
