3rd EYE
The 3rd Eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept referring in
part to the ajna (brow) chakra in certain Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. It is also
spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher
consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the 3rd eye may alternately symbolize a state of
enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual or
psychological significance. The 3rd eye is often associated with visions, clairvoyance
(which includes the ability to observe chakras and auras), precognition, and out-of-body
experiences, and people who have allegedly developed the capacity to utilize their 3 rd
eyes are sometimes known as seers.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, the 3rd eye is a symbol of enlightenment (see moksha and
nirvana). In the Indian tradition, it is referred to as the gyananakashu, the eye of
knowledge, which is the seat of the 'teacher inside' or antar-guru. The 3rd eye is the ajna
chakra (sixth chakra) also known as brow chakra or brow centre. This is commonly

denoted in Indian and East Asian iconography with a dot, eye or mark on the forehead
of deities or enlightened beings, such as Shiva, the Buddha, or any number of yogis, sages
and bodhisattvas. This symbol is called the "3rd Eye" or "Eye of Wisdom", or, in
Buddhism, the urna. In Hinduism, it is believed that the opening of Shiva's 3 rd eye causes
the eventual destruction of the physical universe. Many Hindus wear a tilak between the
eyebrows to represent the 3rd eye.

3rd Eye Chakra / Brow Chakra is associated with the color indigo, located in the center
of the forehead. It is also often referred to as the "third eye" or the "mind center." It is our
avenue to wisdom - learning from our experiences and putting them in perspective. Our
ability to separate reality from fantasy or delusions is in connection with the healthfulness
of this chakra.
Achieving the art of detachment beyond "small mindedness" is accomplished through
developing impersonal intuitive reasoning. It is through an open brow chakra that visual
images are received.

INDIGO 3rd EYE POWER SYSTEM
PREREQUISITE :
To learn and receive the Indigo 3rd Eye Power System, you must be a Reiki Master and
already have doing the 21 days self healing.
The Indigo 3rd Eye Power System has 3 times of attunements, that is :
1. 3rd Eye Clearing Attunement : This attunement have purposes to clear any
negative energies and release any blockages you may have. Emotions like anxiety,
fear and insecurity are some blockages to your 3rd Eye.
2. 3rd Eye Activation Attunement : This attunement have a purpose to activate the
3rd Eye Chakra.

3. Indigo 3rd Eye Power Attunement : The Indigo 3rd Eye Power Attunement is the
main attunement at this system, establishes a direct connection to your pineal
gland, pituitary gland and nervous system. It seeks to slowly and safely bring your
Minds Eye (3rd Eye) into a higher vibration and level of activity, thus resulting in
greater mental faculties, greater intelligence, greater imagination, greater insight
into many areas of life and also seeks to calm and balance ones own nervous
system. Also this attunement will increase your physics abilities. At here you will
use a symbol.
There are minimum 3 days between 3rd Eye Clearing Attunement and 3rd Eye Activation
Attunement. Then, 7 days between 3rd Eye Activation Attunement and Indigo 3rd Eye
Power Attunement

3rd EYE CLEARING ATTUNEMENT
Receive The Attunement :
1. Sit in a comfort position, but keep the spine straight. Relaxing your breathing.
Breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale through your mouth until you
reach an alpha state.
2. Mentally (To your Higher Self) : “I ask that I may be receive the 3rd Eye Clearing
Attunement from ... (Your teacher name) perfectly. Thank you !”
3. Entering a deep state of meditation. Deep and more deeply. Perhaps you will feel
the pulses in the middle of the eyebrows during this process. But if you don't felt
anything, don't worry, the attunement still run.
Daily Clearing :
Practice this Daily Clearing for about 3 days before receive the 3 rd Eye Activation
Attunement :
2. Using your index finger, touch the spot just above the area between your physical
eyes. This is the location of your third eye. Push your finger up gently, as if prying
the eyelid open
3. Mentally : “I willingly release all negative emotions to seeing the truth.”
4. Still in the position. Don’t think about anything, just relaxing the mind. Follow
your Guidance, when you have feel enough. This process have completed !

3rd EYE ACTIVATION ATTUNEMENT
2. Mentally (To your Higher Self) : “I ask that I may be receive the 3rd Eye
Activation Attunement from ... (Your teacher name) perfectly. Thank you !”
3. Entering a deep state of meditation. Deep and more deeply. Perhaps you’re a
little dizzy during this process. Don’t be worry, this is a normally reaction.
Daily Exercise :
Practice this exercise for about 7 days before you are receive the Indigo 3 rd Eye Power
Attunement :
1. Sit in a cross-legged position. Try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You

may lean against a wall or sit in a chair if it helps.
2. Straighten your spine by sitting up. Raise your head slightly so that the back of
your head is in line with your spine. Relax your arms on your crossed legs.
3. Mentally : “I want to activate my 3rd Eye Chakra to seeing the truth.”
4. Place your intention in your 3rd Eye Chakra. Don’t think about anything, just
relaxing the mind. Follow your Guidance, when you have feel enough. This
process have completed !

2. Mentally (To your Higher Self) : “I ask that I may be receive the Indigo 3rd Eye
Power Attunement from ... (Your teacher name) perfectly. Thank you !”
3. Entering a deep state of meditation. Deep and more deeply. You may feel a
tingling in your head and greater energy. But if you don't felt anything, don't
worry, the attunement still run.
Energetic Indigo 3rd Eye Power :
1. Sit in a comfortable position and center yourself. Visualize energy being pulled up
from the earth through your spine and spreading throughout your body. Next
picture a beam of healing energy flowing down your head and through your
body. When you feel the calm flow of energy
2. Visualize the Indigo 3rd Eye Power Symbol in your 3rd Eye Chakra radiating with
indigo light. With each inhalation, see the chakra expand until you are engulfed
by its deep purple light. Keep this visualization for about 15 minutes.
3. Once the process is complete, warm your hands by rubbing them together and
then place them over your eyes. This will relax your eyes as you slowly open
them.

Indigo 3rd Eye Power Balancing :
1. Place your hands in front of your forehead; let your hands hover there. Do not
place your hands directly onto the forehead.
2. Visualize the Indigo 3rd Eye Power Symbol in your 3rd Eye Chakra, imagine the
indigo color flowing from the symbol for about 5 minutes.
3. Then, mentally : “I purify, energize and balance the 3rd Eye Chakra now.”
4. Entering a deep meditation. When you have feel enough, Ground yourself by
imagining tree roots growing out of your feet and burrowing deeply into the
ground.
Daily Meditation :
This meditation also has benefits to establishes a direct connection to your pineal gland,
pituitary gland and nervous system.
1. Sit in a comfortable position and center yourself. Take a few deeply breath.
2. Visualize the Indigo 3rd Eye Power Symbol in your 3rd Eye Chakra for about 20
minutes.
3. Once this process is complete, warm your hands by rubbing them together and
then place them over your eyes. This will relax your eyes as you slowly open
them.

Indigo 3rd Eye Power Techniques :
How To See An Energy Colour :

2. Visualize the Indigo 3rd Eye Power Symbol for about 5 minutes. Then forget the
symbol.
3. Mentally : “I want to see the energy colour of … (Mention a specific name of
energy/energy pattern, example : Celestial Reiki, etc) perfectly !”
4. Push Your Eyes ball with your fingers (except the pinkie/little finger) with the
thumbs close the ears. Then in a few seconds / minutes you will see the colour.
How To See A Place / Someone By Remote Viewing :

2. Visualize the Indigo 3rd Eye Power Symbol for about 5 minutes. Then forget the
symbol.
3. Mentally : “I want to see … (Mention a specific place or a name of person that
you know) perfectly !”
4. Still in position and keep your silent. Usually in a few minutes you will see what
you want.
NOTE :
Perhaps it will need a little long time more than see the energy colour above. And
perhaps you don’t see anything in the first time to practice this technique. But don’t give
up, because there are many aspects that affect the success of this, like as : Mind condition,

healthy, tired, and many others. Just practice this consistently, and you will get the
results.

My name Hari Andri Winarso, the founder of Dharmasatya Workshops

(Now handled by Argandini Titisari), founder and director of Soul
Unfoldment Academy. I'm also the founder of several energy systems for
healing, clearing, cleansing, protection and others. I'm a practitioner of
several oriental traditions like as gTummo, Pranic Healing, Indonesian
Inner Power, etc.
I began my journey is not in the Reiki Healing Systems, but in the Traditional Mystic
Javanism. In the end of 2001, I took my first attunement and become a Reiki Master early
2002. Since then i become a certified Reiki Master Teacher and has been attuned to a large
number of healing modalities. I'm also a Mental Trainer, I often provide the mental training
for anothers through my Firewalking session.
And the last, I’m also a writer / novelist.
