    Article IV : COMMON CONDITION :

    • Should any dispute/difference arise between the two parties during the contract
    execution, the two parties will meet to settle the problems on the amicable spirit.

    • If The Buyer and The Seller can not reach any agreement as per above article, the
    dispute will be submitted to the Vietnam International Arbitrator center of HoChiMinh City.
    The applicable law will be law of International Chamber of Commerce.

    • The arbitration fee would be paid by the faulty party.

    • This contract is established with two pages. Both Parties shall sign two original copies
    after which each Party shall keep one for record.
