    1. Manufacturing will be done as per approved drawing.
    2. Work will be started after receiving PO.
    3. All other items like cables, control Panel will be in client scope.
    4. Manufacturing warranty 1 year from the date of supply.
    5. Work will be completed within scheduled working day ( 2-6 months) (excluding holidays) depending on the material, manpower and

    6. Validity of quote is 15 days.
    7. Subject to Pune Jurisdiction Only.
    8. Above price is Ex works Chakan Pune.
    9.Installation and transportation will be client scope. If required extra charges will be applicable.
    10.payment terms:50% advanced and 50% before dispatch.
    11. All civil and electrical work will be in scope of client.
    12.All other items which is mentioned in above quotation will be in client scope.
    13. Any statutory permission or access road is required will be in client scope.
