house, Taleo, Bamboo HR Etc.
 Conducting initial Screening interviews of candidate to understand their communication skills,
project details, exposure on technology and relevant experience etc.
 Explaining Job description, salary Negotiation, Notice Period & Negotiation part before proceeding
to the client.
 Understanding the business and enabling them in achieving their objective.
 Conceptualizing and implementing innovative ways of attracting talents from the market.
