1. The causes of obesity among children nowadays.

There are many factors which contribute to the causes of child obesity.
One cause of obesity in children is lack of physical activity. They spend
less time on outdoor activities and too much time on screens. When
children don’t engage in regular exercise physical activity, many calories
are not burned, so they are more likely to consume excess calories. It can
lead to weight gain. Another factor causes obesity to children is
unhealthy and imbalanced diet. Children who consume too much of
foods that are high in calories, fat, sugar such as fast foods, snacks,
baked goods, soft drinks… and eat too little vegetables and fruits are
easy to become obese. In addition, not getting enough sleep can lead to
obesity in children because it causes hormonal changes. It makes them
feel less full and have to eat more foods to satisfy their hunger. In
closing, it can be summed up in two main causes: not getting enough
physical activity and unhealthy eating habits.
2. The effects of the increasing number of vehicles in cities.
The increasing number of vehicles in cities brings many disadvantages.
Firstly, the emission from vehicles can lead to air pollution. This has a
negative impact on human health and also may lead to global warming.
Secondly, a large number of vehicles in cities result in traffic congestion,
which can cause delays in the transportation system. Besides, it can
increase stress and discomfort for traffic participants. Thirdly, along with
the increasing number of vehicles, the poor awareness of drivers may
cause many road accidents. Traffic accidents not only cause serious
injuries to the body but also affect the mental and emotional health of
the victims and their families. Lastly, a large number of vehicles
consume a lot of energy and resources. They can damage local
ecosystems and increase the risk of climate change. Also, the cost of
energy and resources will increase, which can affect the economy and
the living standards of people. To conclude, there are many negative
effects when the number of vehicles in cities is increasing rapidly.
