    This is only a Proforma Invoice for Shipping & Customs Purposes only and the Final Commercial Invoice will be issued by the Seller and
    signed by the Seller and the Buyer in the presence of the Buyer’s Bank Officer or any other person as per the Sales & Purchase
    Agreement, after the Final Weight Report following the smelting and weighing and based on the purity found by the Assayer, and based
    on the LBMA price on the previous day of the Assay.

    Note:
    Bars are to be re-smelted (if found to be non-homogeneous) in Dubai and weighed and assayed after re-smelting. The Final
    Weight and Purity found by the Buyer’s smelting and assay company will be final and the Buyer will not be liable for any
    discrepancy from this Proforma Invoice.
