CHAPTER 1
TAM PHUC GREEN HEALTH LIMITED COMPANY

1.1. Development history:

-Officially established and put into operation in 1992, Medical Diagnostic Center 560 -
564 Nguyen Chi Thanh is currently one of the leading medical facilities in the field of
ultrasound diagnosis and testing. With more than 25 years of establishment and
development, this has long become a reliable address chosen by a large number of
patients and doctors as a place to monitor and take care of their health and that of their
patients.

1.2. Organizational structure:

Board
All hospitals include some form of governing body responsible for making high-level
decisions about the organization. The board of directors is the highest in the hospital
chain of command and is made up of experts in their respective fields. Religiously
affiliated hospitals often include clergy on their boards of directors. Teaching hospitals
often include university faculty from the medical school with which they’re affiliated.

Executives
In the hospital leadership structure, executives are responsible for managing the
organization, making financial decisions, and overseeing business strategy. Medical
and health services managers may oversee entire practices or clinical areas. A hospital
typically has a chief financial officer who tends to the financial aspects of the business
and a chief operating officer or chief executive officer responsible for high-level
business strategy and decision-making.

6
Department Administrators
Department administrators report to the hospital executives and manage the day-to-day
operations of the hospital department structure. The chief of surgery, for example, is
responsible for overseeing daily activities within the surgical department as well as
performing surgery. A chief of surgery might engage in public relations activities,
fundraising and recruitment. Other segments within a hospital, such as transcription or
switchboard personnel, also have department administrators.

Patient Care Managers

Nurse managers and supervising physicians are both patient care managers. These
individuals manage small groups of professionals who provide direct patient care.
They ensure that orders are carried out, that hospital employees are fulfilling their
duties appropriately, and that employees are complying with legal requirements.

Service Providers
The vast majority of hospital workers are service providers: doctors, nurses, orderlies,
physical therapists, laundry workers, and the many other people required in order for a
hospital to function. They provide patient care, maintain records and ensure that the
hospital is able to deliver care to patients in an effective manner. Service providers
have their own hierarchical structure in healthcare. For example, doctors often give
orders to nurses, who might delegate to orderlies.
1.3. Mission function:
The goal set by the whole company in 2020-2021 is to improve product quality.
Due to the difficult situation of the Covid 19 epidemic, the company has not yet
obtained the certificate of ISO 14385 standard. So now the company can only
provide small hospitals and clinics at affordable prices. Once certified, the
company will participate in large and small fairs in the city. In addition, the
company will distribute more quality products from other companies. The
company has great ambitions that are to export quality products to all over the
world.

2.2. Difficulties and advantages in the internship process
After the first 4 weeks of internship I got used to the internship place and so I
carved out many disadvantages and got myself more advantages and so I will
continue to develop myself for the future

CHAPTER 3
RESULTS OBTAINED

3.1. Knowledge and language skills

During the past and the last 6 weeks of graduate internship, I have learned a lot more
of medical knowledge and practical experience on the job. These are extremely
valuable experiences for me. I have learned and used to write administrative
documents in English, how to convince customers about products in English, and a lot
more of operations on the computer.

3.2. Soft Skills

In addition to practical knowledge, I also learned more and more soft skills during my
graduate internship. .In the medical field in particular, you will have to deal with a lot
of patients. With many ages, coming from many regions, personalities and have
different occupations. So with each case you need to know how to behave and apply
your skills. Those who are not trusted by the patient, it is also difficult for you to
complete the task well. In the event that a small negligence occurs, the patient may not
be satisfied and may be under a lot of pressure from public opinion. Can be learned
with many soft skills such as: listening skills, communication skills, teamwork skills
and also self-study skills. With the medical profession, you have to spend a lot of time
at work, sometimes sacrificing personal interests. Therefore, for those who enter this
profession, they must also determine the ideology. Know how to balance work and
family or economic problems, entertainment…. Own. Experts say that soft skills in
medicine are not only necessary for students, but you also have to learn in the
classroom from people with many other professions. Thereby, it will help equip you
with the necessary skills to serve the job.

CONCLUSION
To English Teachers in Ly Tu Trong College!

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity for my internship at Medical Diagnostic room
560, thank you to everyone during my internship for teaching and guiding me .
Overall, this internship was a great and rewarding experience. I can conclude that I
have learned a lot while working in the radiology department. And I am extremely
grateful to have the opportunity to practice at the Department of Radiology. The
technical aspects of my work were not perfect and could be improved with enough
time. Nothing is easy for anyone, what we should do is live right and live well.
Compete in a fair and healthy manner. The two main things I learned about its
importance were time management skills, teamwork skills, and self-motivation. The
training session ended with a lot of memories and emotions, thanks everyone.
