    A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE C.Y 2024 BARANGAY ANTI- DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL PLAN AND
    BUDGET OF BARANGAY LIBAS, SOGOD, SOUTHERN LEYTE
    WHEREAS, the barangay is mandated by law to formulated by the Barangay Anti- Drug Abuse Council Plan
    and Budget has been presented for deliberation of this august body;
    WHEREAS, the said plan containing programs,projects and activities related to Anti-Drug Abuse Council.
    WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Crsipin G. Valde, Barangay Kagawad, be it.
    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve the 2024 Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council Plan and
    Budget of Barangay Libas, Sogod, Southern Leyte.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Municipal Mayor and the Office of
    the Sangguniang Bayan, Budget Officer, MLGOO, for their information and favorable action.
