Persuasive Essay On Homework
Crafting a persuasive essay on the topic of homework presents a multifaceted challenge that requires
a delicate balance of research, critical analysis, and effective communication. The difficulty lies not
only in presenting a coherent argument but also in navigating the nuanced landscape of educational
policies, psychological impacts, and societal expectations surrounding homework.
Firstly, delving into the extensive body of research on the subject demands time and effort. Sorting
through conflicting studies and understanding the diverse perspectives on the effectiveness of
homework adds complexity to the task. Additionally, integrating credible sources to support one's
stance requires a keen eye for academic rigor and a thorough understanding of the topic.
Addressing the broader societal context adds another layer of complexity. Acknowledging the
cultural expectations surrounding education, the role of parents, and the evolving nature of pedagogy
necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape. This, in turn, requires a
skillful integration of these factors into a persuasive narrative that resonates with readers.
In terms of communication, conveying a persuasive message demands a refined writing style and a
strategic organization of ideas. Developing a coherent structure that flows seamlessly from
introduction to conclusion while maintaining a persuasive tone is a formidable task. Achieving a
balance between logical reasoning and emotional appeal further adds to the intricacy of the writing
process.
In conclusion, tackling the challenge of composing a persuasive essay on the topic of homework
involves navigating a maze of research, psychology, societal expectations, and effective
communication. It demands not only a deep understanding of the subject matter but also the ability
to synthesize diverse perspectives into a compelling narrative. Crafting an essay that resonates with
readers and persuades them to consider a particular viewpoint requires both skill and dedication.

This study is the first to adopt it for research. To find the DEA results, a specialized
computer package DEAP 2.1 was used to handle the data. The BCC model (named
afer those who proposed it; Bank, Charnes and Cooper) is employed to evaluate the
overall efficiency, the pure technical efficiency, and the scale efficiency (Overall
efficiency = Technical efficiency à Scale efficiency; Banker, Charnes and Cooper 1984).
Table 1 groups the DEA results by hotel operational styles. Of the 25 properties, 14 have
an overall efficiency score of 1.0, which is relatively efficient. Of the franchised hotels
(Table 1.A), two are DEA efficient, while one is relatively inefficient. The overall
efficiency score of Hotel 16 is 0.878, which means it has only attained about 88%
efficiency. This is a result of the lower pure technical efficiency score. Of the five
internationally managed hotels (Table 1.B), numbers 12 and 15 are inefficient, with an
overall efficiency score of 0.978 and 0.73, respectively. The overall inefficiency is mostly
due to technical inefficiency. Among the 17 independent hotels (Table 1.C), 1, 9, 10, 13,
19, and 23 are members of several domestic chains holding multiple properties, with
resources shared among properties. However, hotels 1 and 9 are not efficient overall, due
to technical inefficiency. It is also worth mentioning that number 10 signed a
management contract with an international hotel operator for the first couple

Gutfreund was fired upon with an AK 47 nearly cutting him in half but his actions saved
his roommate, coach Tuvia Sokolovsky, and gave him enough time to smash a window
and escape. Wrestling coach Moche Weinberg fought back against the intruders, who shot
him through his cheek and then forced him to help them find more hostages. Leading the
kidnappers past Apartment 2, Weinberg lied to the kidnappers by telling them that the
residents of the apartment were not Israelis. Instead, Weinberg led them to Apartment 3,
where the terrorists corralled six wrestlers and weightlifters as additional hostages. As
the athletes from Apartment 3 were taken back to the coaches apartment, Weinberg
again attacked the kidnappers, allowing one of his wrestlers, to escape through the
underground parking garage. Weinberg knocked one of the group members out and
stabbed another with a knife before being shot to death. A weightlifter also attacked and
wounded one of the intruders before being shot and killed. The terrorists were left with
nine living hostages. They were, in addition to Gutfreund, shooting coach Kehat Shorr,
athletics coach Amitzur Shapira, fencing master Andre Spitzer, weightlifting judge
Yakov Springer, wrestlers Eliezer Halfin and Mark Slavin, and weightlifters David
Berger and Ze ev Friedman. Gutfreund, physically the largest of the hostages, was tied
to a chair. The rest were lined up four apiece on the two beds in Springer
