ABSTRACT
This OJT report is the result of the 6 months field trip organized
+2 level of Technical students, from 3rd Asadh to 3rd Poush
2079. Per our syllabus on CDC, + 12 class. This OJT is the
program to implement the knowledge of Building construction,
Maintenance, Structure, Estimation, geo-technical engineering
that was learned in 9, 10, 11 &12 classes in the field with
condition as similar to the real practice.
The basic achievement of this OJT is implementing knowledge
regarding the solving of the different problems arising in the
field, with proper handling and use of the instrument, working
procedure and field be working precisely.
Also includes the table work with the data obtained from the
field and presenting it. One of the important aspects of this OJT
is the team co-ordination and maintaining the discipline which is
perhaps the most vital role in practical life that leads to success
of any project and personal life in civil overseer carrier.

5. Introduction to functional training

The full form of OJT is On The Job Training.
After learning the theoretical knowledge in any of these
technical schools, participating in an experimental class and
going to the relevant field for 6 month to do practical and
experimental work is called training OJT. This is, it is also
understood as pre-employment training.
Because of this, after entering the theoretical field of fear in
school, we can directly acquire new technical and knowledge.
After OJT, a person's behavior changes and brings about a direct
positive change. The person who makes a positive change then
easily changes his behavior from experimental knowledge rather
than theoretical knowledge.

6. Purpose of functional training

Work without a purpose is meaningless. There is purpose to any
work. Therefore, the objective of the functional training are as
follows;
i) To make the knowledge of lea theoretically practical and long
lasting.
ii) Bringing the knowledge and skills you know to the consumer.
iii) Getting acquainted (gain, obtain) with present-day
techniques.
iv) To know the way to solve the problem directly by presenting
it in any conversation
ix) Working training gives technicians a sense of how to deal
with workers.
x) Directly teaches to deals with various problems, situation and
challenges.
xi) Functional training provides information on various technical
office operations etc.

9. Work done in working training done as

follow;
i) Site supervision
ii)Estimate and costing
iii) Survey

10. Assistance and achievements in training

i) Working training made it easier to learn the work as the
teachers went with us in the beginning.
iv) The construction supervision of the new bridge was done
according to the required criteria.
v) survey of road alignment.

11. Problems in training

i) It was difficult to get to the office because traffic.
ii) OJT there were many people who could not go to the field.
iv) Due to lack of adequate machine in the office, the operation
was slow.
vi) Inconvenience of email internet in office

12. Suggestion to the school

i) The personal problem of the trainees should also be
understood.
More attention should be paid to the experimental then the
theoretical.
Teach to estimate according to new design.
iv) Since, there is a difference between reading and writing ,
there should be writing according to reading.
v) Experimental knowledge should be imparted in important
subject like drawing, survey, AutoCAD and estimate.
vi) It is advisable to teach theoretical and practical
knowledge in a modern away without teaching it in the word
format.
vii) It would be better to conduct additional program every week
for the all round development of the students.

13. Suggestion to the concerned

organization
