PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Pidicryl 6400 A is a solution of an ammonium salt of an Acrylic co-polymer in water.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES:

 Highly effective Dispersing agent for Inorganic Pigments / Filler.


 Excellent Gloss Development.
 Effective over a pH range 5-10 and up to temperatures lower than 70°C.
 Excellent Heat Stability.
 Product is APEO, Formaldehyde & Phthalate free by design

APPLICATIONS:

 Pidicryl 6400 A is highly effective and especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic
pigments such as Clay, Titanium dioxide, Zinc oxide, or basic Lead silicate etc. with
improved stability.
 Pidicryl 6400 A releases ammonia during the drying process and therefore has little impact
on water and alkaline resistance of the dry film.

The product available in pack of 50, 235, 250 & 1000 kg

(SDS) for details on product hazards, recommended handling precautions and product storage.

STORAGE:

Keep the product in dry condition below 350C. Keep the container lid tightly closed when not in use
to prevent unnecessary evaporation. The storage stability of this product may be reduced
substantially if it is stored at temperatures above 400C.

SHELF LIFE:

If kept in original packed condition under shade, the product is stable up to 12 months. The
product should be kept away from heat and sun light. If the original seal is opened, the quantity
must be consumed immediately

DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Dispose in accordance with all local or national regulations. Empty containers may contain
hazardous residues. This material and its container must be disposed in a safe and legal manner.
It is the user's responsibility to verify that treatment and disposal procedures comply with local,
state or national regulations.
