● Collaborated with Miracle-Ear franchise owners to create and execute the Miracle-Ear Foundation social calendar on Facebook
and LinkedIn through the Sprinklr customer experience platform with weekly posts producing 98% positive sentiment with a
reach of 172k in the past 6 months
● Expanded Miracle-Ear Foundation's social presence by increasing post engagement by 900% and increasing post reach by 96k
● Drove outreach initiatives for the Minneapolis Miracle Mission event by cold calling and emailing over 60 organizations
throughout the Twin Cities to increase engagement and publicity

to support future activism and place pressure for structural change at St. Olaf College
● Collaborated with STAR (Student Taskforce Against Racism) to develop a collection of over 400 key events and resources to
assemble a digital archive of racism and BIPOC activist work on campus
