that a balanced approach is needed, with 50% of the focus on academics and the
remaining 50% on practical experiences. Additionally, the traditional academic
system often limits students' exploration of diverse career paths and their passions.
My primary aim is to empower students to pursue their interests and gain practical
experience through internships, allowing them to better understand and address
societal challenges. Personally, I advocate for nurturing entrepreneurship skills in at
least 60% of students, as it can lead to significant contributions to society.
2. What do you consider the unique strengths and qualities of Aadhya
