Dear Teacher
Included in this Test Booklet are various past question papers. These papers are
meant to serve as a bank of questions that you may use to develop your own papers
depending on how far you have come with content coverage. The papers may not be
used as is since the structure of the exams has changed. Instead of an exam we
now speak of a Controlled Test. Below are simple guidelines to follow when setting
your test:
Should learners be required to write a short essay, the structure of the essay would
include an introduction, elaboration/body and conclusion, based on the specific key
concepts in the question.
