    Hebei Muyuan Pump Industry was established in 2005, and it covers an area of 75,000
    square meters. It set up foundry shop, machining shop, assembly shop, pump research &
    testing center.
    Muyuan Pump focuses primarily on the production and supply of high quality slurry pump,
    centrifugal clear water pump, and petrochemical process pumps. With an annual output of
    8,000 sets of pumps, 20,000 tons of wear-resistant parts, which are widely used for the
    mining, mineral processing, power plant, chemical and other industries.
    With years of experiences in developing innovative wear resistance products for varies
    industries, Hebei Muyuan offers excellence fluid handling solutions for mining, dredging,
    mineral processing, chemical process and related industry.

    Introduction
    Series MSM petrochemical process pump is horizontal, axially split case, centrifugal pumps
    designed to ISO 13709/API 610 (BB1) standards. Medium pressure pump features the
    side/side nozzle configuration preferred for hydrocarbon and water transfer applications.

    Pump Structures
    Casing
    Double volute, axially split casing design minimizes hydraulic radial forces in any condition
    down to the minimum flow, thus reducing shaft deflection and increasing the life of bearings,
    seals and wear rings.
    Suction and discharge nozzles are integrally cast in the lower half casing to permit pump
    disassembly without disturbing the piping. Nozzles are designed to handle external forces
    and moments equal to ISO 13709/API 610 specifications.
    Cap nuts are arranged on the top half casing parting flange, allowing easy casing removal
    for rotor inspection and maintenance.
    Impeller
    Double Suction Impeller provides hydraulic axial balance and allows minimal NPSHr. The
    complete rotor assembly is dynamically balanced to ensure vibration-free operation as per
    ISO/API requirements.
    Pump Bearings and Lubrication
    The pump is fitted with ball and or roller type bearings which may be configured differently
    dependent on use.
    The bearings are oil lubricated with oil ring and constant-level oil cup.
    Shaft and Shaft Seal
    ISO 21049/API 682 seal chambers operate at suction pressure and allow for installation of
    cartridge-style single, dual unpressurized and dual pressurized mechanical seals to meet
    required safety and environmental requirements.
    Others
    Replaceable Wear Rings for casing and Impeller can control interstage leakage and provide
    hydraulic stability.
    Baseplates designs and pump packages engineered to contract requirements.
    Rotating Direction

    The direction of rotation of the pump is CW when viewed from the driven end. The shaft can
    be reversed to allow the pump to be driven from either side.
