    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: (CLASSES 9 & 11)


    1- P.T.M. will be held on 10th February 2024 from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
    3- During main Exams (Annual Exams) i.e. from 20.02.2024 the school timings will be 08:00 am to 12:00 noon
    4- It is mandatory for all students to appear in All Examinations.
    5- Students must obtain the minimum 33% qualifying marks in each subject.
    6- Fee defaulters will not be allowed to appear in the examinations in any case, clear your all dues. The last date of Fee collection
    is 10.02.2024.
    7- No exam shall be anticipated or postponed for any one on request from parents for any reason. The school can make any
    change in the scheme, if felt necessary.
    8- Students will wear Winter uniform during examinations. Wednesday's House uniform is not allowed from 20.02.2024.
    9- RC= "Regular Class". ** = "Study Leave".
    10- The Infoemal Papers of 17-02-2024 (Class XI) will be conducted as per the following schedule :
    1st Period - GS
    3rd Period - HPE
    5th Period - Hindi Listening (Sections 11-A to 11-F)

    NOTE : English Project Viva and Hindi speaking will be conducted between 12th February 2024 to 17th February 2024 in regular
    class by concerned teachers.
