I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the discussion, the learners will be able to able to.
Explain the factors in personal development that may guide him/her in making important career decisions
as adolescents.
Share insights that make him/her realize the importance of personal development in making a career
decision as adolescent.
Construct a creative visualization of his/her personal development through the various stages he/she went
through, stressors, influences, and decision-making points, and personal profile analysis.
III. PROCEDURE:
A. Preparatory/Routinely Activities:
Prayer
Checking of attendance
Checking and passing of assignments
Setting of Standards
Review
The teacher will ask the students some questions.
The teacher will introduce to the class the objectives of the lesson.
Motivation/Introducing Activity
The teacher will show a short video about Personality Development as a refresher.
B. Activity (Engage)
The students will share their interest/s or what they want to do while they are still in this stage of
their lives.
C. Analysis (Explore)
The students will share how important Personal Development in order to pursue their dreams /
careers.
D. Abstraction (Explain)
The students will write down these interests that they can use in the future to establish their careers.
E. Application (Extend)
The students will write an essay what and how they see themselves as they their dreams.
