    RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

    (COMPROMISE AGREEMENT)

    ALDRICH ZYMONHE MAKIGAYA SESMA, herein represented by his


    ____________, _________________________________, and DANIEL F. ASEDILLO, JR., by
    themselves and/or their representatives, most respectfully state:

    1. The parties, pursuant to their intention to amicably settle their dispute


    involving the car accident on 11 August 2023 hereby agree to bear their own expenses for
    the medical needs of each other, and repairs of their respective vehicles.

    2. The parties confirm that the above-mentioned terms are the same terms that
    were agreed upon by the parties and acceptable to them as full settlement of the case.

    3. The parties hereby state that:

    a. The parties have no more claims against each other;

    b. Both parties hereby undertake to absolutely, unconditionally and


    forever release, discharge and quitclaim the other party from any and
    all claims arising from and in connection with the incident and the
    any other case, if any, involving the same parties and monetary or
    otherwise;

    c. Both parties have no claims, causes of action, complaint, case or


    grievance whatsoever relating to the abovementioned incident
    against each other and, therefore, they hereby warrant that they will
    not file any and all cases, complaints, causes of action or commence
    proceedings, be it civil, criminal, administrative or otherwise in any
    court, tribunal, or agency;

    d. Both parties expressly agree that this Agreement may be pleaded as a


    bar to any suit or proceeding which they, their heirs, assigns or
    successors-in-interest, may take in connection with the foregoing;

    e. The parties undertake that this Compromise Agreement is not


    contrary to law and public policy; and

    f. The parties undertake to keep confidential all matters in this


    Agreement and shall not disclose to third parties such information.
