    THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT WE, as independent surveyor, on 26th & 28th July 2019,
    attend on board M/V "AFRICAN PIPER" (P. O. R.: NASSAU IMO No.: 9692777), whilst
    she berthed alongside at the No.401 berth of Xiashan Terminal, Port of at Zhanjiang, P. R.

    3 CARGO UNDER SURVEY

    As per pre-stowage plan, there was total 11000 MT of MAP In Bulk would be loaded on
    board MV. AFRICAN PIPER in NO.1 & NO.4 cargo holds at Zhanjiang port.

    4 GENERAL INFORMATION

    The M/V "AFRICAN PIPER" berthed Xiashan Terminal, Zhanjiang Port at 1206lt on July
    26, 2019, and the undersigned surveyors got on board at about 1230 hrs on the same day
    for carrying out initial draft survey accordingly.

    MV “AFRICAN PIPER” was 4-year-old bulk carrier. She was single screwed with
    deckhouse at aft where the accommodation, navigating bridge and machinery space were
    located. The vessel cargo compartment was divided into 5 cargo holds. Steel hatch covers
    were folding type and operated by hydraulic systems. 29 water ballast tanks were provided
    for ballast and the vessel were bearing with summer dead weight of 34,365.0 Metric tons.

    At present voyage, MV “AFRICAN PIPER” made all lines fast to the berth of Zhanjiang
    Xiashan terminal at 1206 hours on 26th July 2019 for loading MAP In Bulk as planned.

    5 DRAFT SURVEY
    Together with Chief Officer, we carried out initial draft before loading on July 26, 2019
    and final draft survey after loading on July 28, 2019 respectively. During the draft
    surveying, there was no any discrepancy on draft readings. What our survey findings were
    noted as below:

    6 Surveyor’s Notes

    As per our initial draft calculation, we found the net displacement of the cargo, Light Ship &
    Constant was about 8521.345 MT. As per our final draft calculation, we found the net
    displacement of Light Ship & Constant was about 19521.345MT, compared with the figure
    before Loading, so it was concluded that total about 11000.000 MT of cargo was loading at
    Zhanjiang port with the same figure of B/Ls of 11000.000MT cargo.

    7 FNALLY: -This Report is issued without prejudice to the question of liability, and the facts
    contained in this Report are, to the best of our knowledge and belief, TRUE AND CORRECT.
