    1 Confirm that all requirements from vendor for installation have been met, prior to grouting.
    2** Confirm that the grouting material and type of grout and application is as per AFC drawing and
    specifications.
    3** Ensure that surface preparation is carried out as per manufacturer’s instructions i.e. scrabbled,
    saturated, bone dry (as required)
    4** Ensure that grouting is poured in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions (i.e. height of
    grouting, pouring direction) and are recorded.
    5 Ensure that grouting is properly cured.
    6 Ensure that necessary test cubes are taken, tested and found satisfactory.
    7 Confirm that all shuttering and debris has been removed.
    8 Confirm that all Quality Records have been completed and accepted.
