DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE is entered into by and between:

PRISCILLA B. NASTOR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of San


Juan Agoo, La Union, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

- and -

JACQUILINE B. ORDOÑA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and


postal address at San Juan, Agoo, La Union, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the owner in fee simple of a parcel of land located at
Barangay San Juan, Agoo, La Union covered by ARP No. 025-01298, PIN No. 008-02-
025-02-100 issued by the Office of the Municipal Assessor of Aggo, La Union.

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the agreed purchase price of FIFTY


THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00), Philippine Currency, to be paid by the VENDEE in
installment basis, the VENDOR shall CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the said
VENDEE, her assigns and successors-in-interests, all its rights and interests over a portion
of such property, Fifty (50) square meters only, subject to the following conditions:

1. The VENDEE had already paid the amount of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND
PESOS (P26,000.00) as down payment.

2. The remaining balance of the purchase price in the amount of TWENTY FOUR
THOUSAND PESOS (P24,000.00) shall be paid under the following schedule of
payments:

3. Upon full payment of the purchase price, the VENDOR shall cause the execution
of the Deed of Absolute Sale and shall undertake to turn over to the VENDEE all
documents pertaining to the said property for purposes of annotating the claim of the
vendee over the property.

This contract shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs and successors-in-
interest. After execution of this Deed of Conditional Sale until the Deed of Absolute Sale
shall have been executed, it is hereby the agreement of the parties that the VENDOR
herein is prohibited from negotiating with other third persons for the sale and/or any
disposition of the property subject matter of this sale.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands this ___
day of October 2008 at Agoo, La Union, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Province of La Union, this ___ day of
October 2008 at Agoo, LA Union, Philippines, personally appeared Priscilla B. Nastor and
Jacquiline B. Ordona, with their respective identifications abovementioned as evidence of
identity, all known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument
and who acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and deed.

This instrument refers to a Deed of Conditional sale consisting of two (2) pages,
including the page on which this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the
left margin of each and every page thereof by the parties and their instrumental witnesses.
