There is no. existing Public Water Supply system for catering the demand of
proposed residential apartment with neighborhood Shopping project over (B+G+6 storied) over
Revenue plot No.368, Khata No.51, Barkani (Ka) Bondhamunda Ward No.40, Rourkela.
No objectian certificate is given on payment of prescribed fees as per Rule-43 { Gdisha
water Works Rules 1980 resolution 30" June 2005).
So, the party may be allowed to establish his own Water Supply system as per Odisha
Gazette No.1182 dt.23.07.2005

In view of the abave, as your project eraposal is having built up area Is Fess than 20,000
‘Sq.m{5861.45 5q.m) so that conseht from SPC Bord Is net required. However if at any stage
