Competency Overview

The OWT team works closely with client and project teams in the US to support global consulting
engagements from India to help organizations identify, design and implement programs that transform
their HCM functions to meet today’s demanding requirements while continuing to provide valuable
insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities

As a team member, you will work with the US/Global project team on engagements that may involve
(but not limited to):

• Help our clients to select the best HCM ERP system that suits their needs and implement their
requirements into that system.
• Analyze their current HCM function processes, structure and capabilities; assess current
capability gaps; design future state processes.
• Effectively work with design teams involving HR process, service delivery model, and/or
operating model design using PwC leading practices.
• Advise our clients on the design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programs
by defining their HR strategy.
Knowledge Preferred

The candidate is expected to support HCM Transformation engagements by:

● Demonstrating working knowledge of HR organization design, HR process design, HR


Technology and HR shared services.
● Knowledge or familiarity with cloud based HRMS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle
Cloud).

Skills Preferred

The candidate should be able to demonstrate consulting abilities and proven success in supporting
teams through the design and implementation of changes to HCM strategy and operations (including
people, processes, controls, and technology changes) by:

● Demonstrate experience in identifying and addressing client needs through strategic thinking,
problem solving, and taking initiative
● Consulting ability and stakeholder management in challenging work environments.
● Exhibiting ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
● Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences
● Leveraging analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and
actionable tasks
● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc..

Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.
