Residential break-ins were reported at multiple locations on Town and Country Boulevard where various personal items were stolen. Matthew Brandon Overby, age 28, was arrested after being found sleeping inside a vacant townhome he had entered without permission.

    ROBBERY STREET Beat B3 6300 ORCHARD CLUB DR, 10/7 1622. Officer observed two males holding down
    another black male. The suspects attempted to hit the victim and rob him. The suspects, both juveniles, were arrested for robbery and assault. 11-99213 Beat B1 9200 OLD ANNAPOLIS RD, 10/10 1305. The victim was approached by a man at an ATM machine. The suspect demanded money and the woman screamed. The suspect fled. 11-100228 Suspect: W/M, 40s, short brown hair, mustache, wearing blue jacket, blue pants

    COMMERCIAL B & E Beat E1 MICHAEL CO, INC, 8300 BRISTOL CT, 10/5 2200 10/7 0830. Unknown
    suspect(s) broke a window next to the side entrance and entered the business. Once inside, suspect(s) stole misc. items. 11-99053 Beat E2 JUNCTION DELI, 10000 JUNCTION DR, 10/7 1600 10/8 0640. Unknown suspect(s) broke into the business through the front glass door and made entry into the business. The alarm may have scared the suspect(s) off. 11-99444

    Beat D6 HIGHS DAIRY STORE, 11800 LIME KILN RD, 10/10 0147, SMASH & GRAB.
    Units responded to location for a business alarm and found the front door unsecured. Unknown amount of cigarettes were taken from the managers office. 11-100099 Beat B5 SUBWAY, 6200 WASHINGTON BLVD, 10/8 0600, SMASH & GRAB. The manager of a nearby business observed a suspect breaking the front glass door of the business with a rock. Once inside, the suspect rifled through a cash register. The suspect fled out the rear door of the business. A representative from the store responded and did not believe any items were stolen or missing.11-99430 Beat A3 DDS OFFICE, 5000 DORSEY HALL DR, 10/09 - 10/10 0915. Prescription pads are missing. Possibly burglary on Sunday (10/9). Nfi. 11-100173 Beat A2 3200 KAISER DR, 10/8 0531, CATBURGLARY. Units responded to location for a B&E in progress. The homeowner was home alone and heard a noise coming from a bedroom. She walked out of her bedroom to investigate and observed a white male fleeing out of the front door. A laptop, cell phone, jewelry, cash and video game equipment were taken. 11-99422 Suspect: W/M, 5-04, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. Beat B2 8800 TAMEBIRD CT, 10/9 2300 10/10 0300. Units responded to location for a B&E just discovered. The victim advised that unknown suspect(s) gained entry to apartment by forcing/pushing a rear window open. Nothing was taken. 11-99789

    Unknown suspect(s) broke into a ground floor apartment. Point of entry was a rear window that was cut. A purse was stolen but recovered in the wooded area during a canvass of the area. A debit card and cash were taken from the purse and all other items in the purse were recovered. 11- 99809

    Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the apartment through an unlocked rear sliding glass door. A black leather purse was containing a debit card and cash were stolen. 11-99867

    laptop. The victim stated he was home during the time frame and the suspect(s) must have entered while he was there. He did not hear anyone. 11-99988

    Beat E3 9100 BOURBON ST, 10/5 2200 - 10/7 0850. Unknown suspect(s) removed a window screen and entered the residence through a bedroom window. Once inside, suspect(s) stole clothes and a TV. 11- 99053 Beat D5 11200 SLALOM LN, 10/9 1740, ATTEMPT. Unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter
    the residence. Pry marks observed on the front and rear door. Nfi. 11-9972 Beat D3 10400 FAULKNER RIDGE CIR, 10/10 1007. Maintenance workers discovered the suspect sleeping inside the vacant townhome at location. Units responded and apprehended the suspect as he was leaving. The suspect entered through an unlocked rear slider. 11-100184 Arrested: Overby, Matthew Brandon, 28, NFA Beat C1 9300 KILIMANJARO RD, 10/11 0315, CATBURLARY. The victim was lying in bed when she heard a noise downstairs. She went to investigate and observed an unknown suspect running out the rear sliding glass door. Nothing was taken. 11-100455
