Day 3 - Angkor Wat Tourl

Good for:

The star attraction in Siem Reap is undoubtedly the Angkor temples. These ancient ruins are
simply, with the smaller structures giving you a real Indiana Jones feeling. It can be a little tirin
breathtaking g to spend a full day in the sun, wandering around the historical hallways, so you
might want to consider just doing a half-day tour, though that does mean you run the risk of
missing out on some of the secret gems of the expansive Angkor Archaeological Park.

The essential must-see temples are Bayan Temple, Ta Prohm Temple and, of course,
Angkor Wat itself. Seeing either the sunrise or sunset from Phrom Bakheng is also a
memorable experience to include in your 2 days in Siem Reap. The sunrise tends to be less
crowded and more spectacular, though it does mean having to wake up very early to get
there on time.
2 Night 1 - Phare Circus and Pub Street

Good for

You might need to allow a few hours to recover from your temple tour, but you
should try to be ready for 7.30pm to see the extraordinary Phare, The Cambodian
Circus. Combining acrobatics and dance with storytelling, it is both a fun display of
athletic performance and a moving tale of Cambodia history and culture.

From there, head to the nightlife hub of Siem Reap – Pub Street – for cheap
draught beer. The short road is lined with fun and lively bars and clubs with
excellent drinks offers. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the nearby
alleys.

Day-4 Morning :
: You will be out for a visit by boat cruise, discovery the great lake “Tonle Sap”: real
interior ocean where there are a lot of fish and exported by the multiple villages of
fishermen who you have got the occasion to approach. You will visit as well a fis h
and Crocodile, Lunch at a famous local restaurant.

Afternoon

: Psar Chas or Psar Chaa is a local market in Siem Reap for shopping for plenty of
cheap souvenirs, clothes, and delicious street food. There are more than 300
shops selling souvenirs including sculpted wood, colorful postcards, silverware, silk
fabrics, stone carvings, Cambodian handicrafts, textiles, and handmade products
like bags, jewelry, and purses.after shopping driver will drop you pehnom penh

Galle Face Hotel

Driver will drop you in the hotel and same driver next morning pickup you at the
hotel.

Day:5.The Gangaramaya Buddhist temple complex is a

maze of buildings, each holding a vast range of Sri Lankan artefacts and
religious relics. It is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Colombo,
started by a monk in the late 19 th century. The temple has passed hands
over the years and today it is much more than a traditional temple.
Nowadays, it is a place of worship, a place to learn and a cultural centre
for visitors and locals. There are some strange things in the
Gangaramaya temple (including, sadly, a large stuffed elephant) and in

places it feels part- museum, part temple.

2.Stroll along the ocean-front Galle Face Green

Galle Face Green is an ocean-facing beach and green park space in Colombo. When I researched
Colombo beforehand, this area was described as a ‘Popular waterfront destination with a long
walkway, food stalls, sandy beach & scenic views’it is a nice spot to get away from the hustle
and bustle of the city, but it was not as scenic as I had anticipated. Perhaps I’ve been spoilt with
some of the coastal parks I’ve visited before! If you are walking towards the Fort area from the
South of Colombo city, then the path here along Galle Face Green is the best route to take with
it’s sea views.

3.Visit the Dutch Hospital

Colombo’s Dutch hospital is a shopping precinct in the Fort area of the city. Similar to the Dutch
Hospital in Galle Fort, it is a former 17th century hospital which now houses upmarket shops and
restaurants around two central courtyards. If you’re on a budget, like us, grab some local street
food and sit outside the front of the centre with the locals, taking in all the hustle and bustle.

Day:6. Chill out at a rooftop pool :- Many of the hotels in Colombo have
pools with views across the city skyline and some of them are not as expensive as you might
think. We stayed at the Cinnamon Red, which was a great value, modern hotel on the edge of the
main city centre. Lazing by the pool was the perfect way for us to spend a couple of hours in the

afternoon getting over our jetlag and cooling off from the mid day heat!.
5 Enjoy cocktails at a rooftop bar :-Where you can enjoy a cocktail in
the evening, overlooking the city. It’s a great way to end the day

Day:-7We’ll pick you up at your hotel in Colombo between 7 and 9 am to drive to

Kithulgala. In this beautiful inland Sri Lankan town, we’ll get the adrenaline pumping by rafting
on the Kelani Ganga River. You’ll be sure to have fun! After enjoying this experience, you’ll
have one hour free for lunch.
2 .Next, we’ll visit the Devon and Saint Clair waterfalls, these spectacular natural landmarks will
leave us speechless! The tour will continue in Nuwara Eliya, did you know that it is one of the
most beautiful cities in the interior of Sri Lanka? We’ll appreciate its charm with a night tour that
will include a tour of the illuminated buildings on the shores of Lake Gregory. The day will end
at a centrally located hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Day:-8After breakfast at the Nuwara Eliya hotel, we’ll drive to the outskirts of the city to
visit the Hindu temple of Seetha Amman. As soon as you arrive you’ll be captivated
by the colourful sculptures. Next, we’ll visit the nearby Haggala Botanical Gardens. Here we’ll
discover one of the country’s leading collections of flora.
2After a free hour for lunch near Haggala, we’ll visit a tea plantation and factory. Our last stop
will be in front of the Ramboda waterfall, which will surely surprise you.The tour will end

returning to you Bandaranaike International Airport
